Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited. Sweepstakes begins on April 26th, 2004 at 12:00 a.m. CT (“Central Time”) and ends on August 31, 2004 at 11:59 p.m. CT. This sweepstakes is sponsored by SOPUS Products (“Sponsor”).

HOW TO ENTER: To enter, visit www.pennzoil.com and select the sweepstakes entry box then complete the official online entry form to receive an entry into the sweepstakes. Entries must be submitted by August 31, 2004 at 11:59 p.m. CT. Limit one entry per day, per person, per email address. Electronic entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. All entries become the property of Sponsor.

PRIZE: Ten (10) Grand Prizes – One year of Pennzoil® free oil changes at participating Jiffy Lube locations. Prize will be awarded in the form of five (5) Jiffy Lube Gift Checks valued at $50 each. Each Jiffy lube Gift Check is for one Pennzoil® Synthetic oil change with a value of $50 or less. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $250 each. ARV of all prizes: $2,500. The yearly oil change is calculated based on an average oil change interval of 3,000 miles and an average annual mileage of approximately 15,000 miles. No compensation will be given for yearly mileage of over 15,000 miles. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize is not transferable. Prize substitutions will not be allowed, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor or if prize becomes unavailable for any reason, in which case Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with one of equal or greater value.All terms and conditions for Jiffy Lube Gift Checks apply. Limit one prize per person/household.

WINNER SELECTION: Ten (10) Grand Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about September 8, 2004 from all eligible entries received, by an Independent Judging Organization, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Grand Prize winners will be notified by email or mail. Winner will be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and release. Form must be completed, signed and returned within ten (10) days of attempted notification. In the event of non-compliance with these requirements, entrant will forfeit prize and an alternate winner will be selected.  Return of any prize notification as non-deliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: By entering, participants agree to these Complete Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and the Independent Judging Organization, which shall be final in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. SOPUS Products, Global Fulfillment Services Inc., their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, web development companies, advertising and promotion agencies and the officers, directors, agents and employee of each of these entities, are not responsible or liable for: (1) garbled, illegible, incomplete, damaged, misdirected, late, lost or failed electronic entries; (2) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties; (3) errors or delays in transmission; (4) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor which may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (5) any losses or damages caused by the acceptance or use of the prize or from participation in the Sweepstakes or (6) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor and its Independent Judging Organization may prohibit you from participating in the Sweepstakes at their sole discretion, if you show a disregard for the Sweepstakes Complete Official Rules or act: (a) in a manner they determine to be not fair or equitable; (b) with an intent to annoy, threaten or harass any other entrant or the Sponsor; or (c) in any other disruptive manner. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes should electronic viruses, other malicious software attacks, unauthorized human intervention, systems malfunctions, failures, difficulties or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor and its agencies corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper play or conduct of the Sweepstakes. By accepting prize, winner and their guest consent to the use of their name and/or likenesses for advertising, Internet and promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited.

Employees of SOPUS Products, Global Fulfillment Services, Inc. their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, web development companies, advertising and promotional agencies, their employees and the immediate families or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter or win.
