Erica Enders, a member of the Pennzoil
Racing family since 1999, took her
racing career from race track to reel
this year as she became the starring
subject of a Disney Channel Original
Picture “Right on Track” this
year. On the track, Enders was named
NHRA’s number one Female Super
Comp Dragster Driver. Erica finished
her 2003 Super Comp Dragster season
as the top female racer in the class
on both the Division Level and in World
Rankings.
Enders began her racing career at the
age of eight, racing in the NHRA Junior
Dragsters division. Since then, she has
successfully competed in full-size NHRA
dragsters. She became the youngest NHRA
National Event Finalist at the age 16
years and 5 months. She was also named
NHRA Super Comp Rookie of the Year in
2000.
