General Eligibility and Redemption Terms & Conditions

 

1.    Definitions:

a.              “Customer” is someone who purchases one Qualifying Pennzoil Specialty Motor Oil Change Service during the Promotional Period.

b.              Pennzoil Specialty Motor Oil  includes one of the following:

                                                   i.      Pennzoil Ultra Platinum™ Full Synthetic motor oil change;

                                                 ii.      Pennzoil Platinum® Full Synthetic motor oil change;

                                               iii.      Pennzoil Platinum® High Mileage Full Synthetic Motor Oil change;

                                               iv.      Pennzoil Gold Synthetic Blend motor oil change;

                                                 v.      Pennzoil® High Mileage Synthetic Blend motor oil change;  

                                               vi.      Shell ROTELLA® T6 Full Synthetic Heavy Duty engine oil change; or

                                              vii.      Shell ROTELLA® T5 Synthetic Blend Technology Heavy Duty engine oil change

c.               “General Terms” means these General Eligibility and Redemption Terms & Conditions

d.              “Promotion Code” is the code on a scratch-off card which may be redeemed by Customer for a Reward Code for one Reward.

e.               “Promotion Period” is October 1, 2017 through 11:59:59 PT on November 30, 2017.

f.               “Redemption” is when a Customer redeems a Promotion Code for a Reward.

g.              "Reward" is subject to availability and includes  one of the following:

                                                               i.      Access to purchase an Unlimited (restrictions apply) number of Discounted Movie Tickets for Three (3) Consecutive Months;

                                                             ii.      One (1) Fifty Dollar ($50.00 USD) Live Event Ticket Credit from TheTixFix.com;  or

                                                           iii.      One (1) Fifty Dollar ($50.00 USD) Travel Credit

h.              “Reward Credit Code” is a code which is issued once a Customer enters the Promotion Code and chooses a Reward :

2. Participation.  In order to participate in this promotion, a Customer must receive a Scratch-Off Card with a Promotion Code from a participating installer at the end of their Qualifying Motor Oil Change service during the Promotional Period.

3. Rewards:  To the extent scratch-off cards or supplies are available, a Customer will receive one scratch-off card with a Qualifying Motor Oil Change purchase. All scratch-off cards for this promotion and Rewards are available while supplies last and are further subject to promotional availability. In the event a requested Reward is not available at time of redemption by Customer, then The Reward Company, Inc, d/b/a TLC Marketing Worldwide ("Promoter") may, in its sole discretion, offer the Customer an alternative reward of equal or greater value (“Substitute Reward”). Each Substitute Reward which may be offered to Customer by the Promoter will be subject to further definition and may have additional terms and conditions governing the redemption thereof.

5. Promotion Rules.  This promotion is valid at participating locations only. Limit two (2) Redemptions per person, household or address. Reward cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts. Customer must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to participate in this promotion and to redeem any Promotion Code or Reward Credit Code for a Reward. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. The value and types of Rewards will vary depending on the geographic location of Customer as well as the specific vendor fulfilling the Reward. Rewards are not transferable and Customer's Reward selection is final. A Reward may be issued in the form of a hardcopy voucher or in digital form.  Vouchers are valid for use for three (3) months from date of issue. For digital redemptions, Customers may be required to use a valid credit card, and have full authority to use it. Promotion Codes expire at 11:59PM PT on December 31, 2017. Reward Credit Codes expire at 11:59PM PT on April 30, 2018. Promotion valid in the United States (excludes U.S. territories and possessions) and Canada. Promoter reserves the right to change or modify these General Terms as well as the terms and conditions of the specific Reward at any time during the Promotion. It shall be the Customer's sole obligation to check these General Terms and any applicable terms and conditions during the Promotion and upon Reward redemption.

6. Additional Reward Specific Terms and Conditions.  The following terms and conditions will apply to Customers based on their respective Reward selection.

 

a.                   The Endless Movie Club Terms & Conditions

1.       This three (3) consecutive month subscription to The Endless Movie Club ('Reward') entitles the bearer to an exclusive movie club membership where they will be able to redeem for unlimited (restrictions apply) discount movie ticket vouchers (“Movie Voucher”) that are redeemable at participating AMC Cinemas®, Bow Tie Cinemas®, Cinemark Cinemas® in the US, and Cineplex® Cinemas in Canada.

2.       Unlimited (restrictions apply) discount movie tickets will be available for Members to purchase for three (3) consecutive months upon signup.  Following the end of the three (3) consecutive month period, the membership will automatically end and no further discounted tickets will be available for purchase.  

3.       Movie tickets are subject to availability. The value and types of discount movie ticket offers will vary depending on the geographic location and theater fulfilling the Reward. The Reward Company, Inc, d/b/a TLC Marketing Worldwide ("Promoter"), shall have no obligation whatsoever to honor any Rewards accepted or redeemed in violation of these terms and conditions.

4.       This offer is redeemable only at participating movie theaters. Each participating movie theater will have its own terms & conditions which the Member must agree to in order to use a Movie Voucher.

5.       If redeeming a Cinemark® general admission Movie Voucher:

 

 a. Cinemark Movie Voucher is valid for one regularly-priced movie ticket at any time. Movie Vouchers will be sent by email to the Member's nominated email address (the email address chosen by the Customer during the account set up) as e-vouchers. The e-vouchers should either be printed out or shown on the Member's smart phone and presented at the participating cinema. Movie Vouchers do not expire and must be presented at a participating box office. Accepted at any participating Cinemark theatre location. Cinemark brands include Cinemark, Century Theatres, Tinseltown, CinéArts, and Rave Cinemas. Additional charges apply for XD®, RealD® 3D, IMAX® and other special engagements and films that are priced higher than normal box office pricing. Tickets will not be replaced if lost or stolen and are non-refundable.

6.       If redeeming AMC Theatres® general admission Movie Voucher:

 

a.       Movie Vouchers do not expire and must be presented at box office. Not valid for online redemption. Valid at any AMC Theatres® location in the United States only. The AMC Green Ticket is valid for one admission to any movie except those distributed by The Walt Disney Company, including, but not limited to, Disney, Pixar, Marvel and Lucasfilm, Ltd. titles. Unauthorized reproductions not allowed. AMC GREEN tickets are exchange items that are NOT eligible toward earning AMC Stubs® rewards. Select movies may be excluded from AMC GREEN ticket use. These movies would be excluded to comply with movie distributor limitations on exchange ticket admissions, on specific films, or on films during specific release windows or showtimes. Subject to surcharge for 3D, premium large screen format (e.g., IMAX®, AMC Prime®), alternative content, dine-in-theatres, film festivals, special theatrical presentations and premium services; location surcharges may also apply. AMC reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notice, including changes and additions to surcharge fees, restrictions or exclusions.

7.       If redeeming Bow Tie® general admission Movie Voucher:

 

a.       Bow Tie Movie Voucher is valid for one regularly-priced movie ticket at any time. Movie Vouchers will be sent by email to the Member's nominated email address as e-vouchers. The e-vouchers should be printed out and exchanged at the box office. Surcharge at box office for all 3-D movies, BTX movies and at any Manhattan location. Valid one time only. Tickets are not valid for special events, private screenings, or online ticket purchases. Other surcharges may apply at Premium or Luxury Seating locations or select theatres. Bow Tie Cinemas reserves the right to change or add surcharges without notice. Tickets will not be replaced if lost or stolen, are non-refundable, and have no expiration date. Do not make copies of this ticket, only the first ticket scanned will be admitted, Duplicates will not be accepted. The ticket is non-refundable and non-transferable. Ticket may not be copied or resold.

8.       If redeeming Cineplex® Cinemas general admission Admit One Ticket:

 

a.       Cineplex® Admit One Tickets will be mailed out via standard postage within two (2) weeks of purchase. Cineplex tickets are valid in Canada Only.  Tickets expire on the date indicated, which is approximately 2 years from the date of issue (except in Saskatchewan, Quebec, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland or where prohibited by law).  Tickets must be presented at box office. Not valid for online redemption. Valid at any Cineplex theatre location in Canada. Additional charges apply for IMAX®, UltraAVX®, RealD-3D, D-BOX, Stars & Strollers, VIP, Dolby Atmos, and any other films that are priced higher than normal box office pricing. Tickets will not be replaced if lost or stolen and are non-refundable. Age restrictions based on the rating applied to each theatrical release by provincial Film Classifications Boards will apply. Not redeemable for cash.

b.       This ticket: (a) is non-replaceable and non-refundable if lost, stolen, damaged or tampered with; (b) is not valid for non-feature film performances; (c) cannot be combined with any other promotion, coupon, voucher or special discount offer; (d) may be applied towards the purchase of admissions to film presentations in IMAX®, 3D, DBOX, 4DX, UltraAVX®, and VIP auditoriums with the payment of an applicable surcharge; (e) may not be re-sold without the expressed written consent of Cineplex; (f) is not redeemable for cash; and (g) is valid for earning SCENE® points. Additional restrictions may apply. Cineplex® is the registered trademark of Cineplex Entertainment LP, used with permission.  SCENE® is the registered trademark of SCENE IP LP, used with permission.

9.       AMC®, Cinemark® and Bow Tie® Movie Vouchers will be sent by email to the Member's nominated email address as e-vouchers. The e-vouchers should either be printed out or shown on the Member's smart phone and presented at the participating cinema. Movie Vouchers are exchanged directly for movie tickets at the participating cinema and are valid for general admission tickets at standard movie screenings only.

10.   Cineplex® movie tickets will be sent via USPS as general admission vouchers. Movie vouchers are exchanged directly for movie tickets at the participating cinema and are valid for general admission tickets at standard movie screenings only.

11.   Reward available while supplies last.

12.   Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or older to redeem this Reward.

13.   Movie Vouchers are valid until date indicated on Movie Voucher.

14.   Additional costs/fees for any products and services (i.e. candy, food etc.) outside of the Movie Voucher are not included.

15.   Age restrictions may apply depending on theater or movie choice.

16.   Members must follow the instructions provided on the Movie Vouchers. Each participating movie theater also has its own terms and conditions in addition to the terms of this Promotion, which will be binding upon choice and selection of movie theater. By participating in the Promotion and redeeming a Reward the Member is agreeing to these Terms & Conditions as well as the terms and conditions of each theater. It is the Member's sole responsibility and obligation to comply with these terms and conditions.

17.   No credit, refund or extension for any unused Movie Vouchers will be provided.

18.   Movie Vouchers may require advance reservations or bookings at certain participating movie theaters. Failure to appear at a movie theater at time of reservation (if applicable), without giving movie theater prior notice, gives the movie theater the right to refuse the Reward. This may result in a charge to the Member to use the Reward at another time or refusal by the movie theater to reschedule Reward. Under these circumstances, the Reward shall be considered redeemed, Reward will be voided for use and the Member shall be solely responsible for any costs or fees incurred as a result of their noncompliance.

19.   For the purpose of this Promotion, the term "Released Parties" shall include the Promoter, Pennzoil Quaker State Company d/b/a SOPUS Products (“SOPUS Products”), their respective parents, affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, agents, distributors, installers and vendors specifically involved in this promotion.

20.   This information is correct at the time of Promotion launch, although movie theaters and the Released Parties reserve the right to change details at any time. Each movie theater featured in the Promotion reserves the right to make the final decision of admission, according to the rules and regulations established at their movie theater. Released Parties cannot be held responsible for this decision.

21.   CUSTOMER AGREES THAT THE RELEASED PARTIES:

 

a.        WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DISAGREEMENTS CONCERNING AVAILABILITY AND QUALITY OF ANY GOODS OR SERVICES;  SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY PERSONAL LOSS OR INJURY WHATSOEVER AT THE FEATURED MOVIE THEATERS; AND

b.       SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOST, STOLEN, DAMAGED, MISDIRECTED OR UNDELIVERABLE MOVIE VOUCHERS.

Customer agrees that any dispute related to this Reward must be settled direct with the MOVIE THEATER CONCERNED and the Released Parties will not issue or replace any Movie Voucher in any of the aforementioned events.

 

22.   Movie Vouchers are not transferable for sale, resale and is not redeemable for cash. Movie Vouchers are for personal use only and cannot be used for any commercial purposes.

23.   Void if transferred, sold, auctioned, photocopied or otherwise altered and where prohibited or restricted by law.

24.   The Reward is subject to promotional availability and Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute an alternative reward of equal or greater value.

25.   The Released Parties reserves the right to change or modify these Promotion Terms and Conditions at any time during the Promotional Period. It shall be the Member's sole obligation to check the Terms and Conditions during the Promotion and when the Member redeems the Reward.

26.   By purchasing Movie Vouchers, Endless Movie Ticket Club members accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

27.   Customer acknowledges that a valid credit card, with full authority to use it, is required in order to redeem the Reward and purchase tickets.

28.   Movie ticket prices and the applicable discounts will be disclosed at point of sale, are determined by the participating theater, and are subject to change without notice.

29.   Paypal or other payment processing services may charge Customer processing fees, and such fees are solely the responsibility of the Customer.

30.   Participating cinemas include; Cinemark®, AMC®, Bow Tie® and Cineplex®.

31.   Movie Vouchers can be redeemed at participating theaters for general admission tickets to standard movie screenings in line with the terms and conditions on the Movie Voucher.

32.   When redeeming the Movie Vouchers, the allocation of tickets to attend a particular movie screening is subject to availability. Members redeeming Movie Vouchers will not receive preferential ticket allocation or seating over other cinema patrons.

33.   No change or refund will be given if Members use a Movie Voucher to obtain a ticket for a screening that would ordinarily cost less than the price of the Movie Voucher.

34.   Any disputes arising between Members relating to the use of Movie Vouchers at a theater or venue must be referred to and resolved directly with the cinema or venue in question.

35.   This Reward is issued by the Promoter located at P.O. Box 961827, Boston, MA 02196, or at such other address as the Promoter may advise in writing. No inquiry or notice will be validly received by the Promoter unless mailed to the Promoter's address above by first-class mail, postage prepaid.

36.   Reward selection is final.

 

b.                  TixFix Terms & Conditions

 

1.       For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “Reward” is defined as one (1) fifty dollar ($50.00 USD) live event ticket on www.TheTixFix.com

2.       This Reward is subject to promotional availability.

3.       Reward available while Reward supplies last.

4.       Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to redeem this Reward.

5.       TixFix has its own terms and conditions in addition to the terms of this Reward that are required to utilize the Reward and are binding upon Reward redemption. TixFix terms and conditions can be found at http://shell.thetixfix.com/policies It is the Customer’s sole responsibility to comply with these terms and conditions. 

6.       Reward can be redeemed online through a mobile device, tablet or desktop.

7.       The use of the TixFix website and the content is used at the participant’s own risk. TicketNetwork privacy policy can be found at http://shell.thetixfix.com/policies.

8.       Customer is solely responsible for any additional fees associated with the redeemed live event ticket.

9.       Customer must redeem their $50.00 TixFix Credit Code on TheTixFix.com no later than 11:59PM PT on 4/30/18.

10.   Additional costs/fees for products and services outside of the promotional Reward are not included and any such fees are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

11.   The recipient of the Reward must follow the instructions provided by the Promoter, TixFix and SOPUS Products. Failure to comply with the instructions or any other directives made in conjunction with this Reward may result in cancellation and/or a charge for the Reward. Under these circumstances, Reward shall be considered redeemed and participant shall be solely responsible for any costs or fees incurred as a result of their noncompliance.

12.   This Reward cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discounts.

13.   Customer acknowledges that a credit card, may be required to redeem Reward.

14.   Reward valid in the continental United States (excludes U.S. territories and possessions) and Canada.

15.   Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

16.   For the purpose of this reward, “Released Parties” includes the Promoter, TixFix SOPUS Products, their respective parents, affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, agents and distributors, installers and vendors specifically involved in this promotion.

17.   CUSTOMER AGREES THAT THE RELEASED PARTIES

 

a.       WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY PERSONAL LOSS, INJURY, OR ANY DISAGREEMENTS CONCERNING QUALITY OF SERVICES OR PRODUCTS FROM TIXFIX AND 

b.       WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL LOSS OR INJURY.

 

18.   Any dispute must be settled directly with TixFix.

19.   This Reward is not transferable, transferable for sale, resale, and is not redeemable for cash or credit.

20.   TixFix or Released Parties shall not be liable for lost, stolen, damaged, misdirected or undeliverable TixFix credit codes and will not issue or replace Rewards in any of these events.

21.   Reward available while Reward supplies last.

22.   The Reward is subject to Reward availability and Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a Reward of equal or greater value.

23.   Reward selection is final.

24.   The Reward may only be applied to those tickets owned and sold by TixFix during the promotional period. Reward cannot be applied to any purchases outside of the promotional period or not in TixFix’s then current inventory. The Released Parties, SOPUS Products, its affiliates, subsidiaries do not guarantee the inclusion of any specific event tickets in the TixFix inventory at the time of Reward redemption.

25.   Each stadium, venue, etc. may have its own terms and conditions in addition to the terms of this Reward, which will be binding upon choice of event. It is the Customer’s sole responsibility to comply with these terms and conditions.

26.   No credit, refund or extension for any unused Rewards will be provided.

27.   Failure to appear at the venue/stadium at the posted time of the event may result in the event being closed to admittance. Under these circumstances, the Reward shall be considered redeemed and the ticket may be voided for use. Further, specific venues may have to reschedule certain event and may do so in their sole discretion. In the event of such instance the Released Parties, SOPUS Products and its respective affiliates shall not be responsible for any ticket refunds or future use. All issues related to cancellation or rescheduling of any event are the sole responsibility of the specific venue. In all instances the Customer shall be solely responsible for any costs or fees required for entry. 

28.   This information is correct at the time of campaign launch, although the Released Parties reserve the right to change details at any time. TixFix reserves the right to make the final decision of redemption, according to its rules and regulations. Released Parties will not be held responsible for this decision.

29.   This Reward is issued by the Promoter located at PO Box 512, Newbury Street, Boston, MA 02115-2832, or at such other address as the Promoter may advise in writing. No inquiry or notice will be validly received by the Promoter unless mailed to the Promoter’s address above by first-class mail, postage prepaid.

30.   The Released Parties reserve the right to change or modify the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion at any time during the term thereof. It shall be the bearer's sole obligation to check the Terms and Conditions during the Promotion and when the Customer redeems the Reward.

 

c.                   Travel Savings Dollars Terms & Conditions

  1. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions "Reward" is defined as one (1) one Fifty Dollar ($50.00) savings code with Travel Savings Dollars.
  2. Customer must be eighteen (18) years or older and have a valid credit card, with full authority to use it, to participate in the Promotion.
  3. The Reward is only valid for two (2) Reward redemptions per Customer, per Customer household and per booking group. The Reward Company, Inc, d/b/a TLC Marketing Worldwide ("Promoter"), shall have no obligation whatsoever to honor any Rewards accepted in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
  4. The Reward is subject to Reward availability and Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a Reward of equal or greater value.
  5. Travel Savings Dollars has their own terms and conditions in addition to the terms of this Reward that are required to utilize the Reward and are binding upon Reward redemption. Travel Savings Dollars terms and conditions can be found at https://www.travelsavingsdollars.com/TermsOfUse. It is the Customer's sole responsibility to comply with these terms and conditions.
  6. The use of Travel Savings Dollars website and the content is used at the participant's own risk. Travel Savings Dollars privacy policy can be found at https://www.travelsavingsdollars.com/PrivacyPolicy.   
  7. This Reward is subject to promotional availability.
  8. Savings codes have no cash surrender value, credit value or other implied value.
  9. Savings codes have no value except when used in accordance with Travel Savings Dollars Policy. Savings codes are not gift certificates, nor credit nor debit cards, or prepaid vacation vouchers.
  10. Customer can give their savings code to friends or family prior to activation, but once activated, only the person on the account can use the savings.
  11. Any suspected or actual abuse of the Travel Savings Dollars Policy or Product Terms may result in immediate deactivation of Customer's savings passport(s) and savings bank without warning or notice, cancellation of any purchased Products, chargeback to Customers for fees and charges incurred by Travel Savings Dollars or its suppliers due to Customer's abuse.
  12. No credit, refund or extension for any unused Rewards will be provided.
  13. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
  14. Reward available while Reward supplies last.
  15. Reward selection is final.
  16. This Reward cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discount.
  17. For the purposes of this Reward and these terms and conditions, the term, "Released Parties" includes the Promoter, SOPUS Products, their respective parents, affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, agents, distributors, installers, and vendors specifically involved in this promotion.

Travel Savings Dollars reserves the right to make the final decision of redemption, according to its rules and regulations. Released Parties cannot be held responsible for this decision.
  19. The Released Parties have the right to make the final decision of redemption. Released Parties cannot be held responsible for this decision.
  20. Released Parties cannot be held responsible for any disagreements concerning availability and quality of services. Any dispute must be settled directly with Travel Savings Dollars.
  21. Released Parties shall not be liable for lost, stolen, damaged, misdirected or undeliverable redemption requests and will not issue or replace any applicable codes in any of these events.
  22. This Reward is not transferable, transferable for sale, resale, and is not redeemable for cash or credit.
  23. The Released Parties reserve the right to change or modify the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion at any time during the term thereof. It shall be the Customer's sole obligation to check the Terms and Conditions during the Promotion and when the Customer redeems the Reward.
  24. The Reward is subject to promotional availability and Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a Reward of equal or greater value.
